I wore a shirt over my one-piece skirt bathing suit, but I still didn't feel comfortable wearing even that with a man in the pool. Now I have other alternatives. Thanks!!Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16104949626714566885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8618254293817802796.post-30505638557810399932007-06-30T14:15:00.000-05:002007-06-30T14:15:00.000-05:00Hi Lisa! Some people are naturally more modest and humble about their beauty, while others who are unsure are just the ones who are showing it off, to get feedback from others.

I have been by your site a few times, and I'm really impressed with all the work you've done, collecting and organizing the websites that promote a more modest lifestyle. Thank YOU for getting the word out that modesty is still alive and some people can still blush beautifully! :)Michelle Maddockshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11538541037181074116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8618254293817802796.post-9380085701345072452007-06-12T10:19:00.000-05:002007-06-12T10:19:00.000-05:00Love your blog! I found it in my Web stats.

I'm glad you addressed the misconception that modest dressing women are ashamed of their bodies. That is so not true, and I keep seeing this argument over and over and over in blog comments.

Perhaps some percentage of modest dressing women ARE ashamed of their bodies, but not in any more percentage than in the general population. Some of the model-like women walking around are ashamed of THEIR bodies. You just can't tell what's going on in someone's head.Darahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07686779590886138431noreply@blogger.com
